* You do not need to take the whole packet of nappies in your hospital bag. 7-10 nappies will be plenty.
* Hospitals will most probably ask you to use cotton wool and water to clean your baby. But take baby wipes just in case. They are also perfect for removing make-up.
* Buy a small size jar of nappy cream for your hospital bag. No need to pack 250 gm Sudocrem. You might want to opt for an organic product. Try lovely Vital Touch baby products, for example.
