Delivery Return Exchange

DELIVERY

There is a fixed delivery charge of £3.50 regardless of weight and value of a parcel.   Depending on the weight of a parcel goods are sent by either Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service or 48 hours Parcleforce. All orders require signature upon delivery. Please always allow up to 5 days for delivery of your order.

RETURNS

We source only high quality product and hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery provided that you tell us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item.
We strongly advise all customers to inspect all items carefully for any faults before removing price tags and disposing of original packaging.
You may return any item within 14 days of receipt, providing it is a new and unused, re-salable condition in the original packaging with all sales tags attached.
We regret that due to hygiene and security reasons we cannot accept returns of panties and personal care products such as lotions, washing kits, lotions. We do accept returns of bras.
We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:
Before you send goods back to Ready4Baby, contact us for an RGA (Returned Goods Authorisation) code. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.
 
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exlusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition within 14 working days of delivery.

If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery we will refund you the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge).

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

EXCHANGES

We offer one free exchange. Please note that return postage costs are still the responsibility of the customer. You will not be change second delivery charge.
