GENERAL

This website is owned and operated by Elvira Donovan (sole trader) trading as Ready4Baby. If you have questions relating to our terms and conditions, you may contact us via e-mail elvira.donovan@ready4baby-shop.co.uk. Orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years of age or older.

Ready4Baby guarantees that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic use only.

PRICING

All items are sold at the prices listed and include UK VAT. All prices are in GBP. All prices are either Recommended Retail Price or below. All items on special offer can be found in “SPECIALS” section.

PAYMENT

We accept the following methods of payment:

By debit or credit card. Card payments are handled by Pay Pal. We do not collect, store or process card payments.

By Pay Pal account.

By cheques. Cheques should be made payable to Ready4Baby and posted to Ready4Baby, Cherry Tree, 291 Ham Drive, Plymouth, PL2 3NH. Please note that goods will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared.

DISPATCH

Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment so long as they are in stock. We aim to dispatch goods on the same or the following working day. We shall contact you within 2 working days or less and advise you of stock availability.

DELIVERY
UK

Dispatch will be made at your stated deliver address. Please note that we only deliver to residential addresses. We offer free delivery on all orders over £35. There is a fixed charge of £1.99 for all orderes under £35. Depending on the weight of a parcel goods are sent by either 1st Class Royal Mail or 48 hours Parcelforce. Please always allow up to 5 days for delivery of your order.

INTERNATIONAL
Parcels to all international destinations are sent by Parcelforce. All orders require signature upon delivery. Prices vary depending on a destination:
United States of America - £25
Middle East - £25
Europe - £20
Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of your order.

Ownership of all rights, including copyright, relating to this website is vested with Ready4Baby. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them wholly or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited. You may not modify, distribute or re-post something on this website for any purpose.
